Zvi Rafilovich is the Managing Shareholder of Zvi Rafilovich, CPA, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on advising small, medium and large entities and high net worth individuals on various tax compliance issues including tax planning and minimization, federal/state/local tax filings, tax incentives and credits, pre-immigration tax planning, Estates/Gift and Fiduciary tax returns, Non-Resident tax compliance, FIRPTA issues, and U.S. and States' research and experimentation tax credit. Prior to striking out on his own, Zvi managed large-scale R&E tax credit projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the U.S and was in charge of domestic and international tax compliance. Prior to his industry experience, Zvi worked in a large regional CPA firm in Florida. Zvi is a CPA (Florida, Georgia) and a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Zvi obtained is Master in Taxation from Florida International University's Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer of the Florida Israel Business Forum (FIBF.)

Yahaira assists with various accounting fucntions ranging from financial statement planning to bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Serving more than 8 years as a Logistical Specialist in the U.S. Army, Yahaira's skills offer detailed support in various accounting processes exceeding clients' expectations. Yahaira is currently finishing her BS in Accounting at DeVry University and is planning to sit for the CPA exam as soon as she is eligible.
